Do I get a tax invoice?

Yes, your invoice will be emailed to you after your purchase.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

YES! We offer international shipping via FedEx international priority at a flat rate of $60.

How do I place an order from outside Australia?

In the checkout page, input the appropriate address and the international shipping method and pricing should automatically appear.

For bulk international orders, please contact us via email and we will provide you with an appropriate quote.

Do you offer local pickup?

We don’t for the time being but will be looking to implement an option for it if there is enough interest.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer

How long will delivery take?

Shipping within Australia, we normally use either Australia Express Post or TNT Overnight Express, which takes between 1-2 days.

International Shipping by FedEx can take between 3-10 days.

Can I get refund?

Due to the nature of these products, we only offer replacements for defective items in-line with the Australian consumer rights guarantees.

We don’t offer change of mind returns or replacements unfortunately so careful consideration is advised before placing an order.
